Anything else?
My mother attended the hospital. While I think the service at the hospital was good, I wonder whether anyone has considered if ambulances could be made more comfortable? My mother is 85 and was transferred to Carlisle by ambulance. She found the journey very bumpy and uncomfortable. She is now a little better but still feeling shaken up.
