(as the patient),

My ear nose and throat outpatient appointment was in September 2013. I was seen within 2 minutes. Both consultants were friendly, thorough and professional. It was a very good experience (so to speak). I was in and out in 25 minutes, and parking is free. What a joy after the mayhem, lateness and expensive parking at Derriford!

I will definitely go there in the future if I have the choice.
