That's great to hear. I think all of us want to feel reassured that the people providing our care are genuinely interested in our needs. It is so important. Some of our negative feedback comes when people feel that staff have been dismissive, have talked over them as if they are not there, or have talked down to them without listening. It is lovely to hear that this was not the case for you :-)
