I rang to book my appointment and was greeted by a very helpful receptionist who answered the phone quickly and sorted my appointment out in a friendly and efficient manner. When I arrived for my appointment I got the same friendly but professional greeting and my appointment was on time. The Dr put me at ease on entering the treatment room and gave me plenty of time and opportunity to asked any questions. The test was carried out with dignity and respect. It was then clearly explained what the next step would be and how and when I would receive the results. I would not hesitate to recommend this department and would like to thank all the staff involved for providing the NHS with what I would describe as a first class service.
