About: NHS Telford and Wrekin CCG Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

My GP (Dr Milligan, Donnington Medical Practice) was very thorough with my symptoms. He asked many questions and didn't want to assume anything, so referred me to a neurologist.

He explained about the appointment process in detail, even the lead times he gave were accurate.

The process of choosing my appointment was very simple, and plenty of options to suit me.

I am pleased to note that you were very satisfied by the care and service received by Dr Milligan, and that the process of your referral was explained in full. TRAQS was introduced at the request of GP Practices to offer patients choice making the process of booking an appointment a lot much simplier and in some instances quicker.

Therefore, it is reassuring to note that both your GP Practice and TRAQS together were able to process your referral to your satisfaction.
