"Eye clinic @ entrance 6"

I lost my appointment letter so rung up the eye dept as I could not remember where the appointment was (eye dept is spread over many areas as described on website). Lady on phone told me that that my daughter's appointment was at entrance 6 at 11. 30 after trying to get through for 30 mins.

According to the website reception is manned from 9 am... When I got there I reported in to the receptionist who was the rudest woman I have come across. She told me point blank that my 2 year old didn't have an appointment and sounded like she doubted that I had spoken to someone that morning. Eventually they found out where I was suppose to be but wasn't much use to me as I had 10 mins until my appointment, and it wasn't on the main site, I was on foot and being 31 weeks pregnant wasn't going anywhere fast. I understand that they must get people that are pains in the bums sometimes but not everyone is like that and deserve to be treated with a bit of respect. So much for the caring profession.
