"I had choices in my treatment."

About: Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust / Intermediate support team

(as the patient),

First provided a good service and tried to treat me at home.

I had choices in my treatment.

I found nurses to be helpful and treated me with respect.

Thanks for posting this feedback. In the Intermediate Support Team for Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre area it is not always possible to know how effective we have been with our input. We as a team pass back clients to longer term Community Mental Health Care Co-ordinators when improvements are underway, and generally do not have contact again when they are in good health and coping with life in a more positive way.

We are working seven days a week with a small team and covering a large area, so feeling we are being supported and appreciated means a lot.

Thanks again,
