(as the patient),

Felt comfortable opening up, wouldn't have sought support.

Helpful to understand units and how much drinking and effect of alcohol of health.

Glad nurses at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary approached me and asked about alcohol.

Stages of change model useful in understanding addiction and changed.

Very positive experience. Getting the help I need.
