I attended the hospital for kidney operation and I was treated very well from pre-operation n "check in" to discharge. Everyone was professional and pleasant and really I felt that the staff cared about the patients in their care. The surgery team were obviously excellent and my swift recovery must be due to the high level of skills employed by them and the team. My time on the ward F4 was as pleasant as is possible after such an operation and the nursing staff I thought were excellent and I felt re-assured by their knowledge and prompt attendance. Also the auxiliary personal where at all times pleasant I could not recognize at all the NHS often depicted in the press! Thank you all Dominic Greenough
