"Fined for parking outside of hospital"

About: Wansbeck Hospital / General surgery

(as a relative),

I have been fined £70. 00 for not putting a valid parking ticket on my car even though I had to get my daughter there as quick as possible and I had a valid disability disk on my car.

I feel this is just typical of this hospital. I will be querying it with Wansbeck. Livid isn't the word.
