Well done to the NCP parking team. I had to attend A&E with my elderly mother who is both infirm and has a lack of mobility. The car park staff found me a disabled parking space and then one of them stayed with my mum reassuring her whilst I got help and a wheelchair. Great work guys, thank you so much for making a very difficult job so much easier.
