An old lady of 90 was sent out today promised they would keep her on the ward they did not. Nothing ties up from nursing staff to social workers, sent her home and cancelled her visit so she would miss a meal. Told carers to cancel visit but did not inform family absolutely disgusted they have wasted time and a lot of money no wonder the NHS is in crisis bad management. How is this old lady going to get on the hospital do not care. This is now the third time this type of thing has happened after finding out what is happening and constant reassurances being given but all has failed.
