I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for the care and treatment I've received at the RF. You might not get glamour, but you do get top expertise. You do get listened to. . What's more, you feel respected and cared for - something of a minor miracle in such a busy hospital. There are downsides - for example, long waiting times in out-patient clnics or for tests - but for me, the quality of the staff makes it well worth a bit of patience. Of course, this won't suit everyone, but I'm sincerely hoping I never have to go anywhere else. .

Really pleased to hear this - do understand your points about the glamour (!) and that there can be long waits for tests but these things we can work on! For us world class care offered by top experts and our nursing staff is at the centre of everything we do, and we're glad you experienced that. We've passed it on to the neurology team already, they will be really pleased to hear it.
