"TRAQS call handler went the extra mile to sort out a problem"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Have not yet been seen by a consultant for my problem, but I wanted to say thank you for the extremely excellent efforts made by a member of your team.

Louise was so kind and helpful at a time which was most difficult for me. She was at all times professional and went the extra mile to sort out a problem which was caused by my GP.

Please say another big thank you to her for all her efforts.

TRAQS endeavors to ensure all patients referrals are dealt with quickly and at all times professionally. We are aware that at such a difficult time patients needs are dealt with in a positive and sympathetic way.
