I wrote to thank the jph on 8th September 2013 as my experiences just recently have been superb. I had to go to the a and e dept on sunday 1st sept as I scalded my arm quite badly, I then had two further appointments to have it dressed, on all occasions my treatment could no way be faulted the staff were friendly, helpful nothing was too much trouble at all. In February 2010 I was diagnosed with lung cancer, my surgery was done by a doctor at Norfolk and norwich hospital, then I had my follow up appointments and chemo treatment at JPH. I could not praise all of the staff that treated me highly enough at both hospitals, outpatients depts and Sandra Chapmen unit. I worked in the care profession for 32 years and know you cannot please everybody but I wish people would give credit when it is due and as far as I am concerned a lot more credit should be given to you at the your hospitals instead of wringing and moaning over petty things. I would finally like to say if it were not for all of you I would not be here and for that I thank you all from the bottom of my heart Thank You Margaret Regan
