My daughter was admitted to the hospital over the bank holiday weekend with an asthma attack. From the minute she went in to A&E I felt the treament she received was fantastic. She was admitted and spent a night on an assement ward and again the treatment was fantastic, I felt fully informed of everything that was going on and assured that she was in safe hands. She was then moved onto the chest ward and spent a further 5 days there. I cannot praise the staff enough for what they did for Keely and myself, Keely is a particular fussy eater and the girls who bring the food ensured she got her special cheese sandwich and chips.The medical staff were fantastic, and did everything to make Keely feel safe. She is now under the care of the doctor who i feel has performed a miracle with Keely and the treatment he has prescribed, she had been in hospital over 50 times with her asthma and this is the first time she has ever had a decent quality of life.Simply put Preston Hospital has given my daughter her life back. I hope that all the staff concerned receive the recognition from this e-mail, everyone was amazing and they all have my thanks.
