(as a relative),

2 excellent occupational therapy staff attended to my Dad's needs - very knowledgeable, caring and concerned to improve his lifestyle.

All aids obtained very quickly. Thank you.

John explained the use of appliances in a very understandable way and reassured my elderly Dad.
