To whom it may concern,
I would like to bring to your attention how wonderful the staff are at Rotherham District Hospital.
I have been attending ward A7 for nearly 2 years as I have myeloma (cancer of blood, plasma and bone marrow).
Dr Richard Went is my consultant and he is loved by all his patients. All his registrars are wonderful too.
All the nurses work tirelessly day in, day out, keeping us all alive and barely have time for a lunch break.
Also, all the staff in phlebotomy are exceptionally nice and treat us all as individuals.
I am really sorry I have to leave all the wonderful nurses on A7 as they treat all their patients with kindness, respect, dignity and friendship. Also, the receptionists Lynn and Tom.
I have to start High Dose Chemotherapy at the Hallamshire but I am looking for to going back to A7 in 4 months.
Yours sincerely.
"All the nurses work tirelessly day in, day out, keeping us all alive"
