I was so impressed with the calm, confident atmosphere inspired by the staff in the delivery suite when my daughter gave birth two weeks ago. They enabled my daughter to have confidence. They were caring towards family members waiting nervously outside and supported us all. I was amazed that they let us all into the delivery room immediately after the birth and this made it into unique family bonding experience and a shared happiness. The midwives were so laid back and facilitated my daughter to follow her instincts while keeping baby and Mum safe at all times. The luxury of the delivery suite amazed me! So glad to see how things have improved since I had her 29 years ago! Thank you to everyone involved. A massive thank you from an appreciative grandmother..
