I would like to express my sincere thanks for the care given to my elderly and frail father, who was recently admitted via an urgent GP referral, and was given excellent care by the ambulance crew, staff of the A&E Department, and then both Balcombe and Ansty Wards. That my dad was treated with such kindness, care and respect by all health professionals, porters and housekeeping staff with whom he came into contact, meant a great deal to him and to our family at such a worrying time. Thank you so much to all concerned. (What a shame that the drop-down menu of departments below doesn't allow for acknowledging all the departments and wards that we experienced during my father's admission - they all deserve praise!)
