I was seen quickly.

What could be improved

Parking is horrendous.

Poor communication between staff on this site and other site sin the NHS. Being referred to anothe rhospital is all well and good, but when patient details take months to be transferred on is quite ridiculous.

The Trust would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by parking problems and this is being dealt with to alleviate and improve parking at Royal Blackburn Hospital. Your concerns with the transfer of notes have been passed on to see what improvements can be made.
