I found my experience in the John Ray Ward for a total knee replacement 100% positive . The staff, at all levels from tea ladies to Consultants, was wonderful. .The level of care was as high as it could be and everyone had time to help and/or discuss any concerns. The standard of food was high with a large range on offer. I would recommend this hospital to everyone.
