Waited about an hour before getting treated.

I can't fault the professionalism of the staff and the care I received. X Ray, wound cleaned, six sutures, dressing applied and anti tetanus injection.

The waiting area was packed when I arrived which made me anticipate a much longer wait.

There is a computerised self check in system which is user friendly for most people. The seating is hard and the lighting is very bright. The environment is very clean and modern.

Having a smart phone to play games on is useful to make the waiting easier. Some people were waiting ages but appeared not to require urgent attention.
