My operation is not until next week but I just wanted to say how brilliant all the staff have been. This is all the way from the real care offered by the consultant through to a member of staff from the pharmacy offering to show me where the surgical appliance office was, she said I could get lost otherwise! I am hoping that the care and attention that I have received so far will continue onto the ward. Despite the reviews above I am trusting this is so, and believing Friday the 13th to be lucky!
