"everyone was so kind, thank you"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Anything else?

I had to go to A&E on Wednesday after a fall of several feet through some stairs. I've never been injured before so was very worried, especially after all you hear in the media. Every member of staff I met was efficient, knowledgeable and explained my options carefully, but even more they were kind, concerned, sympathetic and caring. Thank you all for looking after me so well, and for talking to my husband and daughter too and making sure they were involved and not worried. My experience was an absolute credit to the NHS, and I will be telling everyone so.

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent visit to the A&E Department at the John Radcliffe Hospital, I hope you have now made a full recovery from your fall. The Trust welcomes all feedback from patients and their families and it is always good to hear when our services have worked well. Your postive remarks will be fed back to the appropriate staff. Thank you once again - Deborah Dunn, Patient Advice and Liaison Manager, 01865 223257, deborah.dunn@ouh.nhs.uk
