What could be improved

I do wish Blackburn Royal would install railings at the entrance of the hospital so that people, when getting out of a vehicle directly outside the hospital, can hold onto the railings until they reach the hospital entrance.

Elderly people, especially, need something to hold onto when they get out of a taxi as they're frightened of being blown down by the wind while they're walking to the hospital entrance as it's always windy outside Blackburn Royal Hospital.
