Our child is due to be born at the hospital in the near future. We went to meet with staff and discuss the care plan. What an excellent experience! The staff were so polite and informative and used language which we all understood. We left after a tour of the facilities leaving completely relaxed and confident. Despite the complications we know about, we feel completely at ease and are looking forward to the experience.
