(as the patient),

I feel that some doctors at my health centre are not very interested, rude, abrupt and aggressive. They tried to antagonise you and pressurise you. Don’t read notes properly.

Unhelpful and uncooperative, I asked them for a review and they wouldn’t give me one; they ignored me.

Attitude of staff needs to be improved & listening to patients more. Not happy with patient care. They try to sell the drugs to you too quickly and act superior.
