"I had to get a taxi which was absolutely horrendous"

The driver is absolutely fantastic, efficient and friendly always on time.

On the way back I had to get a taxi which was absolutely horrendous and my son has said I am no longer allowed to travel by the taxi service offered.

I am very pleased you received good service from our ambulance staff however I am also very sorry that you felt that your taxi journey was horrendous.
