"Kind and efficient care for me and my wife"

About: West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I was badly stung,having sawed through a wasps nest with a chain saw.

I just want to say how efficiently and kindly I was treated when arriving at A & E.

The same comment applies to the paramedic team who came to my house from Kidderminster when my wife called 999 yesterday.
