I would like to thank everyone regarding my surgery on 28 August 2013, shoulder surgery. Everyone I saw during my short stay were friendly, caring and helpful. The receptionist, porter, catering staff, nurses, theatre staff, doctors all contributed towards providing a very relaxed, friendly environment. I would like to give a special thank you to a member of staff on Mappin Suite who looked after me like my own mother would have done. They were on the night shift of 28 August, along with all the nurses was very busy but always had a smile with a caring professional manner. You have a wonderful team! Don't change anything.
