Antenatal service is incredibly poor. - Every antenatal appointment I've had has always been around 2 hours late (no exaggeration). Why does this have to be the case? This is not a one off this is every single appointment throughout 2 pregnancies - Even routine procedures are often not followed. They neglected to give me my anti-d injection at 28 weeks and the mistake was only uncovered when i called them weeks later to query it. Very little offered in the way of an apology of explanation for such a serious error. - Cleanliness is terrible. The toilets are always disgusting
