Anything else?
I was admitted to Brodie ward on 28th Dec with a large aneurysm and in great pain. Apart from my operation being put back a few days due to emergencies, the care I received was faultless. Everybody from the consultant to the tea people, were kind and friendly, involving me in decisions where necessary. It was the little jokes and chat that made the difference, it was a happy place, in spite of some patients being very ill. When I had to go back again recently for an angiogram, I again had to stay overnight. There was a mix up with my MRI, early the next morning, I was informed that staff from that department had come in early especially to do the MRI, so that I didn't have to come back especially for it. The level of care throughout was exceptional and I cannot thank the nursing staff, the very talented surgeon or the consultant enough.
"Fantastic care, very impressed"
