About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

There was a changeover of staff throughout my sessions, which wasn't great, but service was good.

My mental health scores have come right down, I am much better now.

Thank you for this valuable feedback. We are grateful you feel the service was good and that you are feeling much better now. We sincerely apologise for the changeover of staff. We always aim for you to work with the same person throughout the treatment. But as you can imagine, this is not always possible. We therefore prioritise providing you with a continuous service rather than waiting for certain workers to return from their time away (sickness, annual leave, maternity leave etc).
