What I liked
very clean and modern facilities,excellent medical staff,efficient and friendly.
What could be improved
Pharmacy unbelievably inefficient ,this department took over four hours to process a straightforward prescription.The patient (my son) should have been discharged at lunch time,we didn't leave until after 4,which then meant a greater car parking charge.No apologies,(except from the ward staff,) or explanations.
