"Rude GP who had to be asked to listen attentively"

Today I was not proud of the NHS. A had to see a GP ignore, talk over, become aggressive and attacking and defensive when asked for information and clarification. He would not listen and had to be reminded to acknowledge when a member of my family was becoming upset. He was derogatory to the point of being bullying. He upset my father who has been very unwell and is a carer for my mother who has also been very unwell and was rude and aggressive to my sister and myself. Our life has been turned upside down with increased carer duties and the last thing we expected was to be bullied by a person who was in a position of trust to abuse his power ans behave so appallingly towards us.
