"i went to the out patients clinic ..."

About: Burnley General Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

i went to the out patients clinic at the ent dept explained my symptons and was told they could see nothing wrong and to try a nasal spray and come back in 6 weeks, went back after 6 weeks and discharged i told them i still had the same symptons but i was still discharged.

iam now having time off work with the same symptons and im having to pay to see a consultant privately to try and get the problem solved

What could be improved

listen to your patients they do not go to see you for no reason
