(as the patient),

I was referred to physio Emma at Lowe House for neck, back and tingling in my arms and hands.

Emma was so easy to speak to and made me feel at ease immediately. Her plain explanation of exercises and treatment was refreshing and fully understandable.

The hands on treatment was courteous and very professionally done - also exercises were given and shown which I have found very beneficial.

My overall opinion of my care is "second to none! ! ". Emma is an asset the NHS want to keep and be proud of! !
