"Very dirty, unsafe and im horrified."

I visited a friend in the sau department last week and to say im horrified is an understatement. The blue curtains at bed side were stained with sick/blood. There was old blood splats on the wall, the chair was filthy. Also, by the fire exit door, there was a sign saying' no equiptment of any description to be stored in this area'.... well, there were ecg machines totally blocking the exit. I also think its such a rip off how much i paid for parking! Its disgraceful. I have taken pictures of the fire exit, walls and curtains and i shall be writing a long complaint along with sending the pictures. My friend also went 2 days without being offered any food or drink or being offered to have help washing/dressing. And waited 8 hours for pain relief when she was in agony. Very poor service. What are we paying taxes for?!
