Anything else?
Hi have been told to come this morning at 8.30 for a 1h appointment with one of the physiotherapist. I am 30 weeks pregnant diagnosed with Symphisis Pubis dysfunction and after being referred as urgent patient to be seen by my midwife due to the level of pain, I have finally received a letter to book an appointment and did it over the phone. I turned up this morning at 8.20am for my pre-booked 8.30 appointment and was told that the Physiotherapist was already booked and that I had to come back tomorrow and the receptionist could 'only apologise' and sent me back home. I will now have to go back again tomorrow, I am in severe pain and cannot walk easily, had to take a taxi to go and come back which I will have to pay again tomorrow now and they could 'only apologise'. I find this treatment disgusting especially when being pregnant and referred as urgent to only be faced with incompetent staff who cannot seem to keep a calendar organised... So I would suggest that when making an appointment over the phone you ask the calendar to be double checked and take the name of the receptionist you are talking to. Extremely disappointed.
