Although I have lived in Greater Manchester for 62 years, today was the first time that I have had to use this particular hospital. I had been advised that on site parking could be a problem therefore decided to use public transport This from Middleton could not have been easier. On arrival the reception staff were prompt and courteous and signage to departments were concise and clear. Upon arrival at "Outpatients C" I was attended to immediately. Waiting times to be seen by my consultant, being sent to and given X rays were minimal I was also pleasantly surprised to receive results immediately There was no waiting around for me I would also like to add that all the staff that I needed to talk to were extremely polite and cheerful My sincere thanks to Reception, Outpatients C, Radiology and especially to the consultant.
