"I had successful surgery in April ..."

About: Burnley General Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I had successful surgery in April 2008, but am left with one distinct memory from the experience: the corridors where people walk are very shiny and clean, but the two toilets in my ward had dust on the dirt. The dirt was not only in the corners but was everywhere apart from where people cross the floor to sit on the loo. In places it was quite thick and had clearly been there for ages.

What could be improved

Make sure that less time is spent shining and buffing the central corriders where people walk, and more time is spent in improving the overall standard.
