"The approach they suggested (CBT) appealed to me and was successful"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I came to Inclusion Matters with a needle phobia which was causing me considerable concern.

The approach they suggested (CBT) appealed to me and was successful: I recently gave a blood sample without the anxiety of fainting.

I would recommend them.

Dear Under398

CBT has good treatment outcomes for people with specific phobias, I am very pleased the treatment was so successful for you too.

And thank you for sharing your experience on Patient Opinion, I hope other people considering treatment for phobias will benefit from your post.

Best wishes and good luck.

Sian
