I came to Inclusion Matters with a needle phobia which was causing me considerable concern.

The approach they suggested (CBT) appealed to me and was successful: I recently gave a blood sample without the anxiety of fainting.

I would recommend them.

CBT has good treatment outcomes for people with specific phobias, I am very pleased the treatment was so successful for you too.
