I had a colonoscopy at the unit in July 2013. I was very anxious as I guess most patients are facing this procedure. The standard of service was excellent. From the moment I walked into the unit I was met with helpful and friendly staff, a great feeling of confidence in what was going to happen, and punctual and excellent service. The NHS at its very best. My career has been in Public Health and I was also very impressed with the standard of cleanliness and general hygiene.
