What I liked
I am still waiting after 11 months to find out what if any treatment is to be offered although I have a follow up appointment for October 2008
What could be improved
Communication between departments and with patients appears to be almost none-existant,
waiting times for out patients and information given while waiting are appaling, and in the ENT department where deaf and hard of hearing people are treated the staff calling out patients names lack any training in communicating with hard of hearing people.
A very disappointing place to go
