I am currently having ongoing treatment at the Physiotherapy Department, I find the receptionist although under staffed polite,friendly and helpful, although the phone line is hard to get through most of the time. My treatment is going well and slowly progressing as long as i stick with the exercises given at home, the treatment rooms are clean and up to standards even for the OCD types.
