What could be improved
i have just rang the hospital and spoken to an extremely rude and obnoxious switchboard operator. Surely this person should be highly trained in customer service and should know how to communicate with people.I have never been spoken to so aggressively by anyone, this person should either be retrained or should get a job which doesnt involve communicating with others.
