What I liked
On the morning of his graduation from York Uni, my son was bad enough for me to take him to the York A&E dept. From reception to release, all the staff worked well. We arrived at approx 08:30 blood tests and x-rays were done.It may be my imagination, but once the staff found out the ceremony was at 12:00, they seemed to 'pull out all the stops' to make sure he made it on time; which he did. A huge thanks to the staff that day for making it possible
