On arrival at A&E I was seen quickly by a lovely triage nurse, unfortunately I didn't get her name!! She was really kind, compassionate and caring. I had an x ray and was seen by another nurse who dressed my injury and was home within 3 hours! Absolutely brilliant, I couldn't fault the staff at all. Thankyou.

I was pleased to read that the nurse demonstrated kindness, and compassion when she assessed your needs. The timely matter in which your x ray and injury were dealt with ensured the best outcome for you and provided an excellent patient experience
