About: Harmoni / NHS 111

(as the patient),

I have used the 111 telephone service on two occasions and on both occasions they have found me out-of-hour GP appointments within a few hours that have enabled me to have my issue resolved swiftly and effectively. I whole-heartedly recommend this service to everyone!
